As we continue to expand our global influence, we are seeking a Head of Licensing who is not only skilled but inspired to drive our licensing strategy forward. You will lead the development and execution of licensing strategies to maximise brand awareness and revenue. As the Head of Licensing, you will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and licensees to ensure the successful growth of our licensing program.
The role is based out of our Soho, London HQ.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Develop and implement the overall licensing strategy, aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Explore wider brand licensing deals in certain agreed global territories.
  • Explore inward collaboration and licensing deals where brand alignment is identified
  • Identify and negotiate licensing agreements with potential partners, ensuring alignment with brand values and objectives.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing licensing partners, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and driving commercial success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and legal, to develop innovative licensing opportunities and product concepts.
  • Lead the brand approval process for licensed products, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines both internally and externally.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify potential licensing opportunities and emerging brands.
  • Analyse and report on licensing performance, providing insights and recommendations for future strategies.

MORE ABOUT YOU
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in licensing, preferably in the apparel and fashion industry.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful licensing strategies.
  • A knowledge of wholesale partnerships is desirable – not essential
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a keen eye for market trends and opportunities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue and brand growth.
