Your new role:
As Coordinator/Administrator, you are fundamental to the People Partnering team that you support. You will be the expert in our People policies and procedures, being the first point of call for employees and confidently escalating where relevant. You will be data obsessed, pulling reports from our system and formatting them into user friendly documents for you team and the wider business. You’ll work with the Head of HR/HR Director and/or Senior/Lead Partner in your team in driving the people strategies, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee relations: You’ll be a first point of contact for employees and managers seeking guidance on how to access policies. You’ll also support with note taking part of formal processes to build your experience.
  • People policies: You’ll be an expert in our people policies ensuring there’s a consistent approach in how they are interpreted across the business.
  • People data and metrics: You’ll pull key people data to support the business with their decision making.
  • People Administration: You’ll ensure all employee files are kept up to date, ensuring that any employee relations documents are filed correctly and clearly.
  • Workday Expert: Working on our system to ensure our People Data is correct and consistent, supporting the team with job requisitions, invoice creation, headcount/position management and much more.

What Success Looks Like:
In your first few months, you’ll have:
  • Quickly built trust with the People Partnering team as well as the other functions within the wider People department.
  • Have a good understanding of our People System (Workday)and our employment policies and procedures.
  • Got to grips with the people metrics, understanding where to find and how to pull some key reports.
  • Began to work closely with our Operations team to ensure the whole employee lifecycle is being correctly managed.
What You’ll Need:
  • Passion for people: A real desire to grow a career in Human Resources with an understanding that happy, engaged employees are fundamental to a successful business.
  • Attention for detail: A keen eye to ensure documents, reports and emails are accurate with minimal mistakes.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach: Will be comfortable working with data sets and some mid-level Microsoft Excel skills, with a desire to grow this knowledge.
  • Communication: Strong communicator with a clear, credible and professional style.
  • Curiosity: Enter into all situations with curious mindset, keen to grow your knowledge and develop your skillset.
