Overview:
As a 1 Year Full Time HR & Talent Intern at Sephora, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR department, with a primary focus on recruitment support, employee onboarding and project assistance. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment, providing exposure to diverse Talent & HR processes and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
  • Assist in sourcing  and screening candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
  • Draft offer letters to be approved and sent to joining employees
Employee Onboarding:
  • Support the preparation of orientation materials for new hires, ensuring alignment with company culture and values.
  • Support with induction sessions to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Contribute ideas for improving the onboarding process, particularly for entry-level roles and fresh graduates, to enhance the new employee experience
Project Assistance:
  • Provide research support for HR-related projects, including market analysis and best practices benchmarking.
  • Assist in data analysis and presentation preparation for various HR initiatives and projects.
  • Contribute to the successful execution of projects, collaborating with team members to achieve project goals.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work environment.
What we are looking for:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Prior HR internship or related experience is a plus.
