The role

We’re looking for a skilled Key Art and Poster Designer to join our London team. This role is perfect for someone with a deep love of Photoshop and an expert in retouching, finishing, and visualising designs.

What you’ll do

Produce final, polished designs for theatre, arts, and entertainment campaigns.
Retouch and refine creative concepts into bold, attention-grabbing visuals.
Collaborate with our creative team to ensure designs meet the highest standards.
Work on high-profile campaigns that are seen across London and beyond.

What we’re looking for

Exceptional Photoshop skills and a passion for perfecting every detail.
Experience in retouching, finishing, or visualising, rather than just conceptual design.
