About the Role
BookMachine is looking for a skilled and data-driven Marketing Campaigns Manager with extensive experience in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads and SEO to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent copywriting skills, attention to detail and a proven ability to create and execute effective marketing campaigns.
Client Collaboration: Partner with clients to understand their goals and align marketing strategies to meet them.
Campaign Execution: Run hands-on marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads.
Data-Driven Analysis: Generate detailed reports and provide analysis on marketing performance, using GA4 and other tools.
Copywriting: Write clear, engaging ad copy and marketing content, with an up-to-date understanding of SEO.
Client Meetings: Lead and facilitate client meetings, keeping them informed and engaged.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with designers, video producers, and other specialists to create cohesive and visually appealing campaigns.
Sales Support: Collaborate with sales to develop compelling client proposals.
Extensive Digital Marketing Experience: Previous experience in a digital marketing role, ideally with recent qualifications in marketing.
Proficiency in GA4 and SEO: A strong command of GA4 and a current understanding of SEO best practices. You have conducted comprehensive SEO audits of websites.
Exceptional Copywriting Skills: Confidence and skill in crafting effective, high-quality content.
Proven Expertise: A track record of planning, auditing and managing campaigns that deliver results.
Email Marketing Experience: Skilled in developing and executing successful email campaigns and newsletters.
Comprehensive Marketing Knowledge: Solid grasp of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to all aspects of work, from copy to campaign management.
Client and Team Responsiveness: Quick to respond and adapt to client and team needs.
Project Management and Prioritisation Skills: Strong organisational skills to manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Growth Mindset: A commitment to continuous improvement, development, and learning.
Right to Work in the UK: You must have legal authorisation to live and work in the UK.
Working for BookMachine
The role is advertised as full time but we are open to part time hours. We also provide flexibility for the team to fit in appointments and caring duties around their working hours.
