This role is full-time and in-person at our London, Paddington office. This is the perfect role for someone with an interest in Marketing and Community and is excited to get stuck in as part of a disruptive and growing brand. Being a small team, we are very collaborative and fast-paced, and find this more effective being in the office.
Key responsibilities: As we grow, your exact responsibilities may vary but generally, will include:
• Support with marketing & brand event planning and organisation.
• Support with marketing activations and other trade events.
• Assist in marketing and social deep dives, to ensure we’re constantly informed of the marketing landscape.
• Work closely with the social & community teams to support with product seeding and gifting logistics.
• Gather valuable community insights, product feedback & relevant trends, to resurface to the wider team.
• Tracking & reporting on key Community data.
• Day to day Community support.
• Extremely organised and able to manage time and tasks efficiently.
• Proactive, and collaborative with a “can-do” attitude.
• Representative of indu’s ethos and can champion the spirit of our brand to our community and beyond.
• In-depth understanding of other community-first brands in the space.
• Experience with the Microsoft suite, including Excel.
• 1+ years’ experience in similar role.
