London Software Training provides industry-standard design software courses and consultancy to designers. Our clients include The British Museum, The V & A, The National Theatre, Universal Music, Burberry and Soho House as well as a wide range of design, engineering and architectural firms. Both businesses work in partnership, helping those who are looking for work and those creative companies searching for new talent.

What is the role?
You will be working closely with the founder, sales team, graphic designer, lecturers and junior creatives to develop strategy and implement projects.

Key duties and responsibilities...

  • Managing the marketing function, including the production of marketing emails
  • Creating and managing social media across all platforms
  • Manage marketing and graphic design juniors
  • Helping to create internships and job opportunities for our students through marketing outreach
  • communicate stories of how we have helped design studios and created employment
  • Working closely with the sales team to assist in generating business
  • Copywriting for website and external communications
  • Managing our paid advertising, improving our exposure
  • Creating press and advertorials
  • Newsletter creation
  • Helping with our website refresh and rebuild
  • Communicate design events and webinars
  • Gather customer insight, marketing trends & competitors to develop reviews that can be used in marketing and commercial strategy.
  • Build brand awareness, with videos, case studies and testimonials
  • Develop and implement a data-driven marketing strategy

The ideal candidate will have or willingness to work towards the following skills and attributes...

  • Comprehensive marketing experience
  • Copywriting and the ability to communicate ideas
  • Adobe suite proficiency desirable
  • Experience managing team members
  • Social media advertising and email marketing experience
  • Adwords management
  • Understanding and appreciation of design and aesthetics
