Our team is building the next generation recommendation platform, which enables users of the Bumble Inc. apps to find meaningful connections through multiple discovery entry points. We closely partner with engineering, data science, machine learning, and other product teams to improve user experience and impact business performance.
Set, communicate and execute on the vision and strategy for the Recommendations Group
Collaborate directly with the machine learning and data science teams on identifying research and experimentation strategies
Work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, machine learning and acquisition teams to identify opportunities to improve marketplace performance
Establish a culture of AI product development together with internal partners
Take ownership of product innovation and defining opportunities for incremental growth
Work collaboratively across both product collectives, brand teams and functional businesses areas to drive the business and product strategy
Manage and communicate with the leadership team to ensure full transparency and alignment on the strategy and required resources to deliver
Proven experience launching and landing AI focused products on global scale
Experience with recommender systems & marketplaces is preferred
Have led products across all stages of the product life cycle in a fast paced, high-growth environment
Experience in delivering on a roadmap balancing short-term improvements and long-term strategic goals
Ability to prioritise and articulate the product roadmap across the organisation
7 + years of experience in product management
Analytical or engineering background
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Knowledgeable and curious about modern data science approaches
