The Delivery team are at the epicenter of all projects, ensuring they’re delivered to the highest quality, on time, and that clients receive the greatest possible value from their investment. Project Managers at AKQA acutely understand the opportunities and constraints of a given project. They address business needs, manage resources and successfully navigate and deliver all aspects of the assignment.
Based in our Milan studio, as part of the AKQA team, you will work in an environment that fosters a dynamic and meritocratic culture, surrounded by some of the brightest minds in their fields.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
Understand client briefs, business objectives, and priorities.
Prioritize tasks effectively to ensure efficient project delivery.
Manage client stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Estimate project duration and costs, allocate necessary resources, coordinate and supervise end-to-end project execution.
Accountable also for project timelines, budgets, cost monitoring, and quality.
QUALITIES AND CHARACTERISTICS:
4-6 years of experience as a consultant or project manager in a consulting firm focused on digital communication.
Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Proven experience in managing distributed and multidisciplinary teams.
Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
Proficient in planning complex projects (tasks, dependencies, team capacity, and availability, etc.)
Professional fluency in both English and Italian.
Willingness to travel to the client's office in Milan three days a week.
Nice to have: experience in a digital agency environment; knowledge of online and offline digital communication strategies.
