WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Build on current retouch experience with an ability to use path clipping, frequency separation, masking, accurate colour correction and AI toola to edit model photography in line with the latest Boohoo guidelines.
Editing priority projects and working on a variety of image types (still life, model, social content)
Occasionally working on Editorial projects with specific briefs.
Developing and actively seeking up to the minute editing techniques with a creative flair and passion for detail.
Excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to change priorities quickly and accept change with a positive attitude.
Working with a team who encourages open communication and knowledge sharing.
Supporting and developing new ideas with the team and other departments when required, setting priorities and building your own actions / workflow.
Maintaining the highest level of attention to detail and quality control as possible.
Managing your workload to meet daily targets.
Reporting to and working with Senior retoucher to get the best outcome for images

Some experience working as a retoucher
Proficient in adobe suite
Flexible and enjoy working in a high pace, fast moving and changing environment and working to tight deadlines
Excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to change priorities quickly and accept change with a positive attitude.
Good networker and communicator and the capacity to build strong working relationships both internally and externally.
Ability to work with others and able to influence and communicate effectively across all levels.
