THE ROLE

We are seeking a driven and proactive Account Manager / Senior Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is central to strengthening and growing our new and existing Client Partnerships. The candidate will report to our Director of Client Partnerships on the day-to-day running of live projects across our key client accounts, and work alongside the Project Director, Director of Creative Strategy, and Creative teams to ensure we’re delivering brave creative work for our clients.

The role requires a confident communicator who feels comfortable supporting both internal and client communications and has experience working across multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously. As a small studio, we’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is able to easily adopt and implement the studio’s existing project management tools and processes.

As an integral member of the Client Partnerships team, we are looking for someone who is strategically minded and looking for an opportunity to hone their skills as a critical thinker – challenging client briefs, reviewing and inputting on creative work and spotting opportunities to strengthen and grow our client relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
— Managing day-to-day client relationship through effective communication problem solving and responding the ad hoc and time sensitive requests
–– End-to-end client handling, from project planning to budget management and managing timelines
–– Maintaining accurate records of meetings, decisions and actions at every stage of the project – from internal reviews to client status reports after presentations and workshops
–– Ensuring project deadlines and budgets are met, communicating and seeking approval of any changes to these both internally and with our clients
–– Supporting with project resource planning and forecasting as new projects come in – helping identify team shape based on scope, timings and deliverables
–– Contributing to internal reviews and meetings by using your deep knowledge of the briefs to stress-test the strategic and creative thinking
–– Taking client briefs and developing high-level SOWs and working alongside the Project Director to schedule the project into the studio
–– Identifying ways to surprise and delight our clients with the end goal of strengthening the client relationship
–– Looking for opportunities for expand the scope of work and secure new projects within the client’s business (e.g other departments)
–– Working with the Director of Client Partnerships to track and report on client and project health – oversight and understanding how we are tracking against financial targets as well as overall client satisfaction
–– Proactively contributing ideas and better practices and processes to the Director of Client Partnerships and Project Director to create an ever better working culture within the studio


DESIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
— Minimum of 3 years experience working in a creative agency
–– Experience supporting and running a range of different project types simultaneously, e.g. strategy-led, design and art direction, campaigns
–– Ability to problem solve and think proactively
–– Strong communications skills with the ability to distil complex information, verbally or written, to a variety of audiences
–– Working with senior stakeholders - both in studio and client side
