Job Title: Senior Manager, Regional Marketing Operations
A little bit about our team:
Our EMEA Regional marketing team ensures connectivity of our marketing resources across the region, embedding expertise, driving efficiency at scale and managing the nuances of localisation to deliver cultural impact. The team are accountable for delivering a best in class marketing service across the region, ensuring consistency in their strategic approach for each album/artist and optimising campaign performance and the use of budgets. The team unites marketing resources across EMEA towards shared outcomes and measures success through common metrics.
You’ll develop and manage operational processes around regional and country artist marketing activities across EMEA, and build the infrastructure around it whilst providing performance measurement of the execution of marketing operations. This role could be based in London or other EMEA locations.
Partner with PSM team to ensure effective marketing and project management product rollout and adoption across EMEA
Author guidelines for product adoption and monitor implementation
Monitor accurate usage of internal systems including naming conventions and digital account connections
Author communications and maintain distribution lists for the region
Ensure that domestic processes are set up and maintained including release schedules, artist calendars, domestic rosters and certifications
Identify opportunities and build-out proposals for operational efficiency, scale and automation
REGIONAL PRIORITY ARTISTS
Manage the Regional Priority System and market updates
Ensure that artist marketing materials are created and available across the region
Standardize processes across portfolio tracking, release schedules and other artist activities
Oversee Regional Priority System operations including selection criteria, marketing plans, managing project communications and performance calendar
Create and maintain weekly / monthly artist performance reports
Assist in the marketing budget control process
Help to maintain the marketing budget control sheet updated
Support the rollout of new budget control & payment processes
Provide regular updates of marketing budget analyses
Support artist export process into EMEA and all other regions.
Develop systems for aggregating market artist information
Coordinate weekly pitches to the UK / US and ongoing Agency pitches
Develop and maintain core management processes across markets
Establish tool utilization use cases and lead implementation regionally
Build partnerships with product owners to author use cases and best practices
Roll-out and maintain measurement and performance reporting
Expand and manage the regional priority system processes
Expert in operation and process management in international tech, lifestyle or entertainment organizations
Experience developing standardized processes and governance models
Delivers strong performance and ability to provide clear customized instructions
Ability to author product and process communication resources across formats
A results-oriented mind-set with analytical skills and problem-solving ability
High attention to detail, from individual tasks to broader regionalactivations
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Ability to manage time to collaborate with colleagues around the world, as well as turnaround quick demands for upper management
Comfort and strength in distilling and presenting complex information to senior leadership and large, technically diverse audiences
Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects
Meaningful experience in process management within the music or entertainment industry
