We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our UK Audio HR team from our office in London.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be supporting hiring managers with the end-to-end process of recruitment, from advertisement to offer. You will partner with the business to attract and source talented candidates from a diverse talent pool, who live and breathe the Bauer values.
Our Team
We are the Audio HR Team, covering all our Audio and Central Function teams across the UK. We help, advise and assist making sure that our employees continue to be our greatest assets.  Led by our dedicated People and Culture director you will be part of our recruitment function with in a 10 strong HR Team.
This is a Hybrid role that supports the balance of working from home and our office in London.
What you’ll be doing:
  • Manage end to end recruitment process, all the way from advertising to candidate onboarding.
  • Use a range of tools and techniquies to source and attract talent, building strong talent pools.
  • Champion the Bauer Media Group EVP and Brand.
  • Ensure Hiring Manager are equipped to recruit in a confident, fair and inclusive manner.
  • Track vacancy progress through the internal ATS system. (SucessFactors)
  • Manage, monitor and support external recruitment agencies.
  • Provide support as needed for successful candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth onboarding processes.
  • Support the Recruitment & Engagement Manager and People & Culture Director with monthly reporting on Training, Recruitment and D&I.
What you’ll bring
  • Experience managaing end to end recruitment.
  • Experience managing a recruitment process, using an ATS.
  • Experience using a range of tools / techniques to source talent e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel / SharePoint & Outlook.
