As a Talent Development Partner, you will play a vital role in fostering the growth and development of our talented workforce.
Reporting to the Head of Talent Development, you will be responsible for identifying development opportunities and creating effective learning and development initiatives. You will collaborate with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to design and deliver engaging training programs that align with the organization's goals and values. Collaborate with the Head of Talent Development to create and execute the overall learning and development strategy for the organization.
Identify learning needs and opportunities within the company and propose innovative solutions.
Design and deliver engaging training programs that meet the needs of different employee groups and support their growth and development.
Use various learning methods, including e-learning, workshops, coaching, and mentoring, to facilitate employee development.
Partner with internal stakeholders and external training providers to ensure high-quality learning experiences.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent development and incorporate them into our learning initiatives.
Support the implementation of performance management and succession planning processes.
Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure alignment between talent development, performance management, and other HR processes.
Prior experience in talent development, learning and development, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of talent management practices and adult learning principles.
Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Highly organized with strong project management skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Passionate about employee development and continuous learning.
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and other digital learning tools is a plus.
Experience in the apparel and fashion industry is preferred.
