We are looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking Talent Development Business Partner to help us deliver our people strategy. This is a role where you’ll have full licence to innovate, design cutting-edge talent initiatives, and drive a coaching culture across the business. You’ll be at the heart of shaping the future of our workforce, overseeing the entire learning cycle from initial ideas to real-world impact.
The role is based in Manchester, up to 5 days a week. Partner or Senior Partner level will also be considered and it is essential you have qualifications in coaching and psychometric testing and can travel between our Head Offices when required.

As our Talent Development Partner you will work as part of our People team. You will work across the business identifying all development opportunities and you will create fresh and innovative L&D opportunities, using a range of digital solutions & face to face. You will be a centre of excellence for digital learning within the L&D team, evolving the spectrum of development opportunities across the business.
Working with the current T&D Partners to deliver the group L&D strategy
Building relationships with a variety of stakeholders and subject matter experts to look for opportunities to implement digital or face to face learning solutions that benefit the business.
Digitalise the learner's lifecycle from induction to farewell through a consistent tone of voice and handwriting
Create targeted programmes that utilise a blended approach to learning, working with wider L&D team members to deliver the biggest impact for the business
Facilities webinars and face to face training across the Group with a flair for adapting their delivery style
Create learning blogs, eBooks, podcasts and bitesize digital resources that inspire our teams to focus on their development and career progression, allowing fast and targeted learning across all levels and departments
Maintaining data reporting, evaluation and tracking metrics to share with various internal stakeholders
Partnering with our external training providers when needed, building strong relationships enable working collaboratively
Design training and engagement materials that support topical business messages and focuses
Develop stand-alone content to fit with each unique brand and training need
Curate high quality content for our external social channels and showcase relevant content that gives an insight into the Groups people focus
Respond with creative training solutions to any HR/business requests
Adapts and designs learning materials for territories across the globe
Delivers the group early years career strategy by managing and directing cohorts, updating the business and driving the new talent pipeline with recruitment team
