Description

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager with a solid understanding of web design and development processes to join our small but dynamic team. This role requires someone with a mix of technical knowledge and strong communication skills, who can confidently oversee projects and liaise between clients and developers.

While deep technical expertise isn’t required, familiarity with tools like Webflow and ClickUp, as well as the ability to review and brief designs, is essential. We’ll provide guidance on our workflows, but you should have enough technical acumen to manage the process effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of website projects, from initial briefing to final delivery.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and timely updates.
  • Technical Oversight: Review web designs and provide constructive feedback to ensure they meet client goals.
  • Team Coordination: Write and communicate detailed briefs, ensuring developers have all the necessary resources to succeed.
  • Workflow Optimization: Use tools like ClickUp to track progress and maintain timelines.

What We’re Looking For

  • Web Design/Development Knowledge: Familiarity with web design processes, tools like Webflow, and how development workflows operate.
  • Technical Skills: A working understanding of JavaScript, jQuery, or similar tools is a bonus, but not required.
  • Strong Communicator: Comfortable leading client calls, sharing progress updates, and managing expectations.
  • Organized and Proactive: Ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
  • Collaborative Attitude: Willing to learn new tools or processes, while sharing ideas to improve workflows.

Why Work With Us?

  • Join a small, supportive agency team where your ideas and input will matter.
  • Develop your skills in a role that blends technical, creative, and managerial elements.
  • Work with a variety of clients and projects, keeping things dynamic and engaging.
  • £85 per day - 9-4pm
  • Work from anywhere - but London is a bonus!

If you’re someone who understands the web design process, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can balance technical and managerial responsibilities, we’d love to hear from you!
