Brief: UI/UX Designer for Una Platform Sprint
We are seeking an experienced UI/UX designer to join our team for a 7-8 day sprint in London, UK. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AI-driven SaaS applications, data visualisation, and creating intuitive, conversational user interfaces. The project will focus on enhancing the user experience of our AI-powered climate action platform, Una, that provides every SMB business with an instant carbon footprint estimate, making it quicker and easier than ever to take meaningful climate action.

What you will bring:
Experience with AI and Data-driven Products: Understanding of how to design user experiences that make complex AI insights and data outputs intuitive and actionable for users.
Conversational UI/UX Expertise: Ability to create seamless, user-friendly interfaces around AI-driven conversational tools.
Data Visualisation Skills: Proficient in designing visual elements that effectively communicate key metrics, carbon footprint insights, and ROI on climate actions to SMBs.
SaaS Application Design: Demonstrated experience in designing for SaaS platforms, with a focus on optimising the customer journey from onboarding to ongoing engagement.
Agile Sprint Experience: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment, with the ability to rapidly iterate based on feedback and testing.
Figma or Similar Tools Expertise: Proficient in using Figma or similar design tools to create high-fidelity prototypes and designs.
Scope of Work:
User Experience Optimisation: Review and enhance existing UI/UX to improve user engagement and satisfaction.
Design for New Features: Collaborate with our product team to design new features, including enhanced Adaptive Carbon Profiles and improved user interfaces for data-driven insights.
Iterative Testing & Feedback: Conduct quick usability tests and iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and potential users.
Hand-off for Development: Prepare detailed design specifications and assets for hand-off to our development team.
