Creative Industries Federation

The Creative Industries Federation is the national membership body for all the UK’s public arts, commercial creative industries and cultural education. Launched to much acclaim in November 2014, the Federation has in its first year established its position as the umbrella voice of Britain’s fastest growing sector, advocating to government on its behalf and providing member-exclusive events and policy research. Our 1000-strong membership is drawn from across many disciplines - from publishing to digital media, broadcasting and film, visual arts, performing arts, architecture and design, advertising, crafts, video games, creative tech and more – and spans from individual creatives through to the largest multinationals. Such a comprehensive body has not been set up before in the UK or, to our knowledge, anywhere in the world.
