Founded by bar owner and conservation biologist Paul Mathew, Everleaf’s core principle is rooted in preserving and protecting the natural world. Launched in 2019, Everleaf is a non-alcoholic aperitif on a never-ending quest to provide bartenders and consumers with the best-tasting non-alcoholic cocktails. As one of the bestselling non-alcoholic brands in the UK, Everleaf’s range includes three distinct products, anchored to different parts of the natural world: Forest, Mountain, and Marine. These act as both inspiration for flavour profiles and sources for key botanicals. Crafted by a unique knowledge of botany and conservation, Everleaf’s founding belief is that products created from the natural world should enable a deeper connection and, therefore, protection of our environment. Spanning the bittersweet blend of Forest, to the aromatic notes of Mountain, and the crisp freshness of Marine, the Everleaf range lends a distinct and intense flavour profile when used in cocktails and spritzes. In 2023, Everleaf achieved B Corp status – a milestone moment in recognition of the brand’s commitment to connect and collaborate with nature, not compete. In achieving B Corp status, Everleaf joins a community of like-minded brands dedicated to balancing purpose with profit. Everleaf was also winner of The Spirits Business Ethical Award 2023 in recognition of its commitment to sustainable practices.
