Launched in 2020 by Daniel Peters, The (Fashion) Minority Report aims to increase diversity within the fashion industry which has long had a problem with diversity across hires of POC and female professionals. The (Fashion) Minority Report is an opportunity to push for reform of the industry by championing existing talent and nurturing future fashion stars. Our business models centre on strategy and workshop implementation, with repeat custom and sales growth by way of client association. But the face of DEI is changing. Diverse consultants with lived experience are being hired to lead the conversation. Resulting in a shift in culture that is authentic and not performative.
