We’re head hunters to the advertising and communications industry. The heart and soul of our business started with creatives. It’s why we spend so much time looking at creative work: because we know it’s the only way to get to know the best people. Who we work with? We help develop the careers of creatives, planners and account handlers and work with creative agencies, from boutiques and start-ups, to leading network agencies; all companies who are interested in producing excellent innovative ideas, irrespective of the medium. Invariably that means we don’t work with everyone but that’s our choice. Our coverage spans agencies here in the UK, as well as Amsterdam, US and Asia. How we work? Every great opportunity that we create, begins with a conversation. We’re very close to the agencies we work with. At times that may mean we are brief specific, so work specifically with them to draw up a shortlist of the best talent to find on their behalf. At other times, our work is focussed on introducing candidates to an interesting set of people, to help discover the best opportunities out there for them, regardless of the brief.
