About

The Whisky Bond offers Affordable Studios, Communal & Flexible Office Space in Glasgow for Creative People & Projects. Make It Here. Originally built as a bonded warehouse for Highland Distilleries in 1957, since 2012 it’s been home to a growing community of thinkers, designers, makers and doers. The Whisky Bond sits on the Glasgow Canal, with a pretty spectacular view over the city’s skyline. You can cycle, run, walk or paddle your way to work along the old towpath. Or, if you’d rather drive, there’s free parking here too. You’re away from the traffic and the racket, but only 10mins walk from the subway and the city centre. Floors Ground, 1 and 2 are occupied by Glasgow Sculpture Studios, who provide first class workshop facilities for people who create things – whether artists, makers, The Whisky Bond tenants and the general public. Floor 3 is home to The Distillery, Glasgow’s newest coworking space, and we’ve just put the finishing touches to a range of new spaces on Floors 4 to 6. Community garden, indoor and outdoor meeting and event spaces. Regular events to meet the people working around you, share ideas, make connections.
