Weirdo is the leading advertising agency for inclusion-led creativity. A progressive partner offering strategic, creative and production services to brands including Bumble, Gymshark and Nike, Weirdo was founded in September 2020 by Creative Director Louis Persent (who doubles as a board member of Outvertising, the UK’s LGBTQ+ advocacy group for the advertising industry) and Strategy Director Michelle Yeadon (formerly a digital media lecturer at Imperial College London and currently a member of the allyship volunteer group Bloom). Recognising the agency retainer model is broken, Persent and Yeadon are disrupting the status quo by working with clients on a project-by-project basis in collaboration with a global network of diverse creatives. We are passionate advocates for fairness and equality in advertising and our own experiences have made us resolute in our efforts to build a more responsible and respectful kind of creative company.
