123 Victoria St Re-brand / Landsec

Injecting some fun into a new office identity, brand, and B2B marketing campaign.

Bandstand was tasked to rebrand and relaunch an old office building in Victoria, London, with a fresh look and feel which would appeal to more creative tenants.

The office’s fit-out would offer flexibility to businesses of different types and sizes. Subsequently, this meant the brand would need to speak out to agents representing a diverse range of companies.

The area surrounding this office had already undergone its own transformation story in recent years and our brand would be part of that narrative. We needed to turn heads, catch attention and shift dated perceptions of the area and our building.

Our campaign utilised a mix of portraits and still life imagery, all shot on vibrant colourama. Each image would playfully be complemented with relevant messaging about close-by amenities, plus the plug and play aspect of the fit-out and flexible working on offer.

I worked closely with the head of design and managed our team to roll out the brand.

We used a playful type treatment and a primary colour palette. A framing device, which was inspired by the buildings distinctive facade, was used to hold imagery and messaging.
