    2013 Strategic Plan: The Rebranding of Monica Place

    The remaining four months of my Public Relations program was dedicated to developing a public relations approach for the re-branding of Monica Place in Kitchener, ON, including the research, analysis, communication strategy, and evaluation plans. The case was presented to faculty and the director of Monica Place at the end of the six weeks. Eight strategic plans were proposed and my strategic plan was picked for the re-branding Monica Place. Later, we presented the strategic plan to the board of directors and received an excellent response.
