22 Pollen

22 Pollen is a commercial development at the intersection of Karangahape Road and Ponsonby, one of the most sought-after retail and residential areas in Auckland. It is spearheaded by private investment and development company Triumph Capital, who have an extensive and diverse portfolio of premium and character workspaces throughout central Auckland. I was tasked with designing and copywriting a bespoke publication showcasing 22 Pollen to a discerning, design-conscious audience. We commissioned photography by the late architectural photographer Jeremy Toth, to compliment the graphic architectural features of the building that were incorporated as the main motif.
