2nd Edition - Cooking Together KOREAN - KIMCHI Highlights

A highlights video of Quilombo UK's online livestream Cooking Together Online - 2nd Edition, an online cooking class focusing on the cuisine of the Korean community, specifically kimchi, based in the borough of Kingston-Upon-Thames, where Quilombo is based. The class featured a number of special guests from the community including Cllr Jaesung Ha ,the second ever elected Korean local Councillor in the UK, BBC Journalist Jee Seung Lee, and North Korean defector and UK’s resident Jihyun Park. Alongside cooking discussions were had about national identity, discussions on the differences between North and South Korean cultures, and, like in the 1st Edition, the question "what does it mean to be English nowadays?"
