As Global Brand Content & Innovation Project Manager at Club Med, I have increased, YoY, the online booking worldwide in 12% by a briefing, producing & launching end-to-end innovative content in 360° format to increase client experience in different channels. As the resorts were located in the USA, France, Brazil, China, Indonesia, Maldives and others, this was a great opportunity to put in practice everything that I have learnt in my career and my personal life, from my soft interpersonal and leadership skills to my online and offline branding and planning marketing expertise. I was responsible for driving awareness across multiple media platforms, measuring objectively against commercial KPIs and being the focal point for BU across the globe.
