At the request of the agents, Oneforall was engaged after 45 Mt Eden had been at the market for a couple of months to rescue poor sales and minimal inquiry. We suggested doing a fresh brand identity, redoing all the existing collateral – including renders – and facilitating a much-needed display suite refit. We crafted a sophisticated brand that pairs a deep maroon with a warm grey background. This palette accentuates the red brick cladding that is the hero of the exterior façade and the key element that gives this urban development its industrial aesthetic. These same hues have been used in interior styling to create a cohesive set of images that support the visual identity. We used one single sans-serif typeface across the entire collateral. Like the development, this font is crisp and understated at first glance, but has refined detailing that makes it unique and a little edgy.
