7 ways a spa break can boost your mental & physical health

During Women’s Wellness Week, spa booking agency Spabreaks.com worked with spas all around the world gave away free massages for charity.
At 11am GMT, 1000 women around the world took time out of their day to get a massage. It was the largest ever simultaneous global fundraising massage-athon, with all money raised going directly to Willow, a charity that helps seriously ill young adults.
The idea behind the dreamy concept is that every woman should take some time for herself and do something that makes her feel good, especially when nowadays being a woman equals more pressure than ever. Juggling between a career, family, social life and the idea of nailing it every single minute can be exhausting.
So if you can’t quite channel your inner Beyonce anymore and feel more like Britney circa 2007, take a deep breath and book a spa break asap. With or without your mates, it’s time to treat yo’self! Just like Paris, a Spa break is always a good idea.
