Re-imaging the progress pride flag to celebrate a diverse city and a people that, throughout their history, have stood up to persecution and have come together to drive real societal change. From Peterloo to women's suffrage, the Co-operative movement to the recent BLM protests. People here stand tall, stand strong and stand together.
Flag No.2 - Spirit
Manchester is defined by its people. People with boundless spirit and passion. People full of empathy that stand in solidarity. A city of proud and diverse communities that come together to make amazing things happen. This city is loud, proud and all the better for it!
