Specialising in providing reassuring quality and lifestyle in luxurious apartments and houses, the purpose-built Red House is for the older generation in their retirement years. A challenge was set out by Enterprise Retirement Living - to draw focus and attention to a list of unique selling points that would ultimately inspire and encourage an audience to use the new website. A niche campaign was created, centering around the unique selling points and the idea that there is more on offer than is first thought. The suggested search results, coupled with lifestyle photography not only helped to engage the older generation with the services available, but also encourage the idea that they can have the confidence to interact online.
