A SOUTH LONDON MAKERS MARKET

There were many difficulties when starting up a business at the start of a pandemic. One being that IRL shops and market being sadly cancelled. Luckily the Asouthlondon maker market virtually opened its doors too many small independent businesses like me. In July 2020 I took part in the ASLMM Online Market .This was a great first professional experience of me, where I got to showcase my first ever Ruthdraws collection of prints. The day was a huge success with the ASLMM getting recognition from publications such as Refinery29, WhoWhatWear and Stylist. I felt a great sense of community being amongst many other great artists and makers.
