A successful HR forum and blog

I am working with WHC Slovakia and I am running their marketing operations. A year ago with the CEO of the company we started to develop a simple webpage for our partners and potential clients about everyday HR problems. The page is named Pannon HR Forum - reflecting the geographical location of the company - Slovakia, Hungary, Austria. Since the launch we managed to build a nice community of likeminded HR professionals. This forum is not just a nice networking and sales opportunity - it is really about sharing our HR knowledge and helping each other. KEY POINTS -creating a community is a strong tool in this day and age -helping is always a win-win situation -by giving not just something else, but something more we have a competitive advantage -professionalism is the key -the company has 15 years of experience in the Slovak HR market - let people know about such achievements Our Pannon HR Forum is sill running, so I will keep you updated on our journey.
