- Employer branding for a real estate firmThe goal was to grow the agency and the means to do so were HR goals - recruiting new colleagues to the company. To do this, we created an active employer branding campaign alongside the classic advertising. Our aim was to communicate clearly that the company already had successful people working for it. The results were incredible - 3 new agents within 3 months. It is a really nice achievement, especially because it is a contract work with no base salary.
- Branding campaignThe client's request at the beginning of the collaboration was to increase social media activity. To do this, we chose a graphic design that highlighted the brand's core attributes, combined with lifestyle photos of the products. The aim was to show the brand's "feeling of life" alongside a consistent presence.
- New website - awereness campaignThe company - WHC Slovakia (recruitment agency) has requested an awareness campaign. In the first half of the campaign, which was split into three parts, we advertised with a succinct "would you like a new job?" prompt and directed the audience to the company's newly launched website. In the second half, we appealed to the emotions by showing the opportunities that can be gained through a new job. In the third campaign, we used humour.
- Recruitment campaignUnderstanding your target audience is important in a recruitment marketing campaign. For our client - WHC Slovakia - it is important to have as much information as possible about the position in the advertisement graphics. We were able to create the look and feel by using the company colours and font as much as possible within the boundaries. The resulting advertisements and templates are different, but together they form a cohesive image across the company's interfaces.
- A successful HR forum and blogI am working with WHC Slovakia and I am running their marketing operations. A year ago with the CEO of the company we started to develop a simple webpage for our partners and potential clients about everyday HR problems. The page is named Pannon HR Forum - reflecting the geographical location of the company - Slovakia, Hungary, Austria.
