Employer branding for a real estate firm

The goal was to grow the agency and the means to do so were HR goals - recruiting new colleagues to the company. To do this, we created an active employer branding campaign alongside the classic advertising. Our aim was to communicate clearly that the company already had successful people working for it. The results were incredible - 3 new agents within 3 months. It is a really nice achievement, especially because it is a contract work with no base salary.
