Aalin Lunnin (Beautiful London)

Final project - 3rd year
Inspired by the graphic and decorative architecture of London, my collection of fabrics has been produced for use in luxury womenswear. My decision to utilise a bold range of colours and fabrics, has achieved a dynamic sensibility by taking influence from the eclectic architecture of London. Within the construction of my final collection, a diverse assortment of yarns and processes are included in order to complement my chosen theme. The undertaking of this project has encouraged me to push the boundaries of my comprehension of textiles as an industry, and in particular allowed me to cultivate a mature understanding of woven textiles.
