I worked on several design initiatives as a principal user experience designer at PubMatic—a leading advertising automation software company for publishers (B2B)—with the ultimate goal of delivering frictionless digital customer interactions. My primary objective was to present a clean and simple user interface and design for effortless interaction. I focused on visual quality, robust features, and business-class functionality. My work involved the redesign of the entire platform’s look and feel and usability improvements, while dealing with very complex data sets and “must-have” functionalities. I made UX improvements on several of their existing applications, helped develop and refine UI pattern libraries and interaction guidelines, implemented a brand new UI style guide and created common component libraries. I performed extensive user research, wireframing, interaction design, prototyping, user-testing, and visual design. The result was an improved user experience on the platform and we received very positive feedback from customers that lifted the overall net promoter score for the company.
