DoubleVerify is a B2B ad-tech company. I oversaw the entire user experience on the platform. Collaborated with the VP of Product on design strategy and UX. Lead a design team, collaborated with other key department stakeholders and performed hands-on UX work, including UX research, wireframes, prototypes, UI design, visual design, design system and user testing.
I worked on several design initiatives with the ultimate goal of delivering frictionless digital customer interactions. I implemented a redesign of the entire user experience of the platform which increased positive NPS. My primary objective was to present a clean and simple user interface and design for effortless interaction. I focused on visual quality (to increase trust-level), robust features (increase performance) and business-class functionality (elevate the brand). I collaborated with members of the UX team (researchers, interaction designers, visual designers), product managers and engineers in creating the most efficient, user-friendly products.
