Afterlight

Afterlight is an artistic collaboration between a lighting designer, a photographer and an architect, the role of each blurred in the process and blended in the final outcome. The medium binding their expertise might look like a picture, but is the process and synergies into creating this images what drives them. A project that is born with the intention of reusing materials of previous installations. Afterlight is an exploration of the material’s properties and its capacity to suggest function and form. A desire to write the next chapter in the lifecycle of the material itself.
