Allergan - Botox: Medical service provider SaaS portal

Allergan commissioned this project for medical service providers' back office operations. The SaaS portal (software as service) was created for patient management, provider management, service scheduling, online benefit verifications, managing claims, and ordering supplies. Brought on as a Lead UX designer, I was tasked with designing the entire platform experience. The project deliverables involved researching users, wireframing, prototyping, user testing, visual design and developer handoffs. Dealing with a lot of input forms and complex data management, my goal was to design something that was extremely user-friendly, minimalist and fast-to-use as medical back-office operations get extremely hectic.
