“Aly 9, Lane 82, Section 1, Bade Road” is a street exists in Taipei, Taiwan with multiple venders, restaurants and technical equipment shops. I have a strong memory of the street. The project was inspired by Psychogregraphical, which illustrates that surroundings can sculpt personality. People said I had changed a lot after living and working in London for five years, which gave an intention to explore what influenced my original nature. The first thing that came into my mind was this street. Since my personality has been influenced by central London, I was curious how will I see and feel when visiting the street. After visiting the street, I found the feeling and the scene were both a bit different from my memory. It seems like I illustrated parts of the memories by myself. I captured the street with photogrammetry and rebuilt it as a 3D model in the digital environment. There are some missing parts of the scene, causing glitch and patches on the model. The texture vividly illustrates the fading memory of the existed scene. The artworks look surreal, which are me. If there is a chance to live in a digitalised street, I am inquisitive how will it sculpt my personality.
