Amplifon asked us to design a service to help their customers easily master using a hearing aid and fully enjoy its capabilities. The service was to provide complete control of hearing aids on a mobile via Bluetooth, and connect to and control devices from almost all key manufacturers. The service allows customers to manage volume control, noise levels, wind reduction and more. Customers can also locate the nearest Amplifon store and book appointments directly using the app. We designed a seamless user experience across the app and the website which enable customers in search of hearing health solutions, influencers and people suffering from hearing impairments to get easy access to services and selected content.
Our work has been awarded at the Epica Awards with a bronze.
