Anna Pancaldi's concert was one of my very first projects working as an assistant sound engineer for Julien Baraness.
Julien and I got down in the afternoon, setup the PA, monitors, console and mic'd up all the instruments and vocals. Then we proceeded with the soundcheck.
Anna Pancaldi was the lead vocal and she played an acoustic guitar. The rest of the band was composed by a piano player, a cello, two violins and three backing vocals.
We multitrack recorded the show with Pro tools.
PA was two tops Mackie and console was A&H Qu16
It was an incredible experience sound wise because the unique acoustics of the church.
