"A useless and perilous design object for the table" Created as a design element with the function of a set of gadgets for the event linked to the Cent’Anni of the Futurist movement, the Antiposata stands as a “useless and perilous” design object. Useless for its shape linked to the use of plexiglass as a design element that contains in itself the cutlery that we usually use and at the same time cancel the function. Perilous for its difficult use, just notice how the concept of the design object created, it prevents the manageability and indeed makes the plexiglass anti-Pataxa hazardous to use given the presence of corners and tips that cancel the function of the gadget and the they only make a design element. So an object that has a simple aesthetic function and set-up, as a gadget, for a historical event that through the presence of design elements tends to combine the memory of an important recurrence with innovation through new materials such as plexiglass, worked for get real design objects.
