I single-handedly run the BuzzFeed @world Instagram, the fastest growing news account on the platform in 2018.
After I took over the account, it grew from 50,000 to more than 750,000 followers in just over a year. The account has an unprecedented percentage of followers under the age of 18 for a news account on Instagram, and 80% of followers speak another language other than English.
