AXA Seguros Rio de Janeiro - Launch Party

A Touch of 1950's Rio de Janeiro Glamour Production Assistant at Atropik To announce and commemorate AXA Seguros arrival in Brazil we produced a stand-out party for 500 employees and partners at the Copacabana Palace. Taking over the ballroom and its attached terrace for the evening, guests were welcomed into a tropical chic haven, a decadent salute to the heydays of 1950s Rio de Janeiro and this iconic hotel. Custom made pink flamingos and verdant palm trees filled the space with brushed bronze bars laden with fresh fruit caiprinhas and champagne. There was a decadent buffet of contemporary Brazilian cuisine with canapés circulating the room. The party culminated in a show by legendary singer Vanessa da Mata, a a Latin Grammy Award-winning Brazilian singer.
