A collaborative project to photograph, curate and design a series of 'typologies' for the Amsterdam-based non-profit, Plastic Whale.

Families, like whales, group together as a unit. Descendents of a common ancestor. A group of related things.
A personal project in collaboration with Amsterdam-based non-profit, Plastic Whale to create a series of plastic waste ‘typologies’.
Each individual material structure combines to form a grid that depicts the process of recycling waste bottles, lids and bags that have been ‘fished’ from the canals of Amsterdam.
The series of photographic images illustrates the ‘building blocks’ of the companies plastics revolution.
Personal project ongoing.
