Response to JKR Juice Brief 2017 - "Invent a bamboo-based clothing brand that does good"
Bamboobs is a brand that specialises in sports bras produced from bamboo. Bamboo is an excellent fabric for sports bras as it’s soft (no itching), moisture wicking (no sweat) and antibacterial (no BO)! The brand supports young women in sport by raising media coverage to recognise the importance of sporting females and investing profits into local sports groups. The double ‘o’ brand mark that symbolises a cross-section of bamboo and, more obviously, boobs, is used in various ways across the brand as a consistent feature. It is also combined with clever copy for a bold message.
