For International Women’s Day 2021 we’re celebrating our home-grown Changemakers — whose courage to challenge the status quo empowers us, shapes us, and molds our future into a more inclusive world.

To mark International Women’s Day 2021, New York Based creative agency Barbarian, continued on their commitment to “Create the future, faster” with a focus on the kind of future we want to build together — an inclusive one. One that embraces diversity and equality in the workplace and beyond.

“We’re always pushing to create an inclusive place of belonging for all Barbarians — and International Women’s Day is the perfect time to celebrate the Barbarians whose courage to change — empowers us, shapes us, and molds our future into a more inclusive world.” — Resh Sidhu, Executive Creative Director, Barbarian.

This year, Barbarian is celebrating and listening to their own ‘Changemakers.’ In that respect, they asked their team members two questions to share how they challenge the status quo, and what still needs to change so collectively, we can all help create an inclusive world.

This ‘Changemakers’ campaign was brought to life through an intimate portrait series celebrating the moments we choose to challenge ourselves and others for the better. Barbarians of all genders were invited to contribute because change only happens when women have allies.

The goal at Barbarian through this and continuing initiatives is to create an inclusive place of belonging for all its employees as they continue to ‘Create the future, faster’.
